Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment

Standard Visits (Day Visits & Overnight Visits)

• More than 48 hours before the first scheduled visit: no cancellation fee.
• 24–48 hours before: 30% of the service fee for the first 2 days of the booking. Any remaining days are unaffected.
• Less than 24 hours before (including same-day): 100% of the service fee for the day of the visit, plus 50% of the service fee for the following 2 days. Any remaining days are unaffected.

House + Pet Sitting (Live-In Presence)

• More than 5 days before the start of the booking: no cancellation fee.
• 2–5 days before: 25% of the total booking fee for the first 3 days. Any remaining days are unaffected.
• Less than 2 days before (including same-day): 100% of the booking fee for the day the sit begins, plus 50% of the booking fee for the following 2 days. Any remaining days are unaffected.

Peak Holiday Periods

During the peak holiday periods listed below, the following cancellation fees apply to all bookings (standard visits and live-in sitting):

• More than 5 days before the first scheduled visit: no cancellation fee.
• 3–5 days before: 30% of the total booking fee for the first 3 days of the booking. Any remaining days are unaffected.
• Less than 3 days before: 50% of the total booking fee for the first 3 days of the booking. Any remaining days are unaffected.

Peak Holiday Dates

• New Year's: December 30–January 3
• Easter Weekend: the Thursday before Easter through the following Monday
• Memorial Day Weekend: the Thursday before through Memorial Day (Monday)
• July 4th: July 3–5
• Labor Day Weekend: the Friday before through Labor Day (Monday)
• Halloween: October 31
• Thanksgiving: the Tuesday before Thanksgiving through the following Monday
• Christmas: December 20–29
